years old and I live in Villa Palestina, Colombia. My farm spans 5.5 hectares, of which 5 hectares are planted with coffee. I grow different varieties such as Bourbon Rosado, Ombligon and Geisha.
Boo Wash: We inoculate native microorganisms of fermentation to create a special process with our coffee cherries, unlocking unique flavors that can only come from our land.
