We are experiencing some delays at many steps along the shipping process.
My package is taking longer than usual.
The USPS and FedEx are experiencing delays due to high-volume, continued staffing limitations due to COVID-19, and wonky weather as of late across the US. While disappointing, this is not out of the norm right now! These packages are updating and moving as our logistics partners catch up on scans - as such, please plan for extra lead time on deliveries.
I paid for expedited shipping, but my package hasn't arrived yet.
Because of delays our logistics partners are experiencing, we're unable to guarantee your package will arrive on time - even if expedited shipping was selected at checkout. Unfortunately, we have no control over delivery systems/fulfillment dates once orders physically leave our roastery. Given this current state of delays, we urge you to reconsider purchasing expedited shipping.
My package is still in "Pre-Shipment" according to the tracking info provided.
We see this happen occasionally to packages that have left BCR and are in the custody of the post office. Often, these packages are delivered before their tracking info is updated. If your package has been in this state for 10+ days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order # so we can resolve the matter.
Why is my package is in a different part of the country?
This isn't an uncommon occurrence! Typically, these issues stem from a USPS sorting error. Your coffee is still headed to the address on the order!
Can you offer shipping through a service besides USPS?
YES! We've just added FedEx as a shipping option at checkout. However - please not that FedEx is also experiencing delays at this time.
