We accomplish this by working closely with some of our go-to producer friends to find lower acidity, past crop, and other offerings that might have trouble finding a home in the current specialty market. We approach these coffees in the same way we do all coffees – roasting them to bring out the best in each bean! We end with a product that is every bit as amazing, but in a different way. Coffee can be anything and everything, and this is another way to explore that idea.
