ABOUT US

Creativity, Kindness, and Coffee is a little spell we like to start the day with around our roasting and printing operation hidden away in Wilmington, Delaware, right outside of the Brandywine Valley. We aim to deliver a small bit of all of the above, plus a little wonder and joy with each screen printed bag of coffee that is sent out to the multiverse. All of our hand printed packages are filled with coffee intentionally, kindly, and responsibly sourced / roasted by our wonderful team of coffee mystics. Each hand printed bag features a custom illustration from the weirdly wonderful mind and hand of local Delaware artist Todd Purse. This helps emphasize that each coffee we release is itself a work of art living with in another work of art. Coffee art inside of coffee art...meta-coffee art! Please go forth to drink coffee, create and BE KIND!

HAND PRINTED COFFEE MAGIC

Screen Printed Daily With Craft and Kindness!

Art Of Roasting Coffee Magic

At Brandywine Coffee Roasters we’re open-minded about all things and we keep that head space when it comes to roasting coffee. We know that each one is unique, and treating it as such will help to highlight its best traits. We roast to a lighter profile, highlighting the natural flavor. Improper roasting can mask what gives a coffee its personality. All of which can be attributed to the people growing the coffee, the soil it’s grown in, and the character it has acquired from its magical habitat. We love coffee that is sweet, complex, and juicy, an exciting and flavorful yet well-balanced cup. Each coffee we bring in lends itself to certain characteristics. The goal is to highlight what makes each one distinctive and wonderful and avoid the bitter side of things. Our master roaster slash coffee dude, Vic Scutari, has over 14 years experience roasting and sourcing all the magical green beans. We stick to small batches in a Loring Falcon 15 kilo roaster with Flavor Lock, featuring an oxygen free roasting environment. We believe roasting to be a mix of science and art. To treat it as such is to recognize that we are on a path of constant growth and change. Luckily, this trail is one we have become very well acquainted with, and look forward to continuing on this journey of creativity, kindness, and coffee with y'all!
