In 2019, SNAP Specialty Coffee constructed a new wet mill in a small hamlet called Danche within the Chelbesa Village. Their goal was to exclusively purchase red cherries from nearby farmers in this village. This ambition became a reality upon completion of the project. To improve their coffee processing, the wet mill features ceramic fermentation tanks which effectively retain heat and bring clarity to the coffee.
